Orders of $99 or more (after discounts and before tax, gift cards excluded) qualify for free shipping in the United States only. Not valid on international orders.
SHIPPING TIMES
All Internet orders placed on weekdays will be fulfilled the following day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be fulfilled the following business day. In-cart delivery time estimates are provided by carriers as a convenience, but are not guaranteed by Divine Essentia.
Transit times may be longer depending on inclement weather or increased shipping volume, especially during holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If our website does not offer shipping options to your country, please contact us @ (https://divineessentia.com/pages/contact) and we will do our best to accommodate. Some countries do not allow import of cosmetics, including Mexico, India, Pakistan, and many others. We will remain unable to ship any orders into such countries until laws change. International shipping rates provided are estimates only, and are based on average orders shipped to major metropolitan areas. Exact shipping charges will be calculated once we receive your order and we will contact you by email if additional charges apply.
DUTIES AND FEES
International deliveries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Divine Essentia is not responsible for such additional taxes or fees.
REFUNDS
Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Divine Essentia strives to provide the very best service and quality. However, if there is an error on your order or a defect with the product, please accept our apologies, contact us and we’ll gladly correct it. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with authorization from Customer Service. No returns will be accepted for products sold as a set (including Gift Sets, Fragrance Collections, et al). Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
